The former member of the group The Firm, Cormega, released his debut studio album The Realness on this day in 2001. The album featured production from a number of producers including Havoc and the Alchemist.
The album included features with Prodigy on the track "Thun & Kick," Mobb Deep on the hidden track "Killaz Theme II," and Tragedy Khadafi on the joint "They Forced My Hand." The Realness reached #24 on the R&B/Hip-Hop chart.
