On this day in 2015, Rae Sremmurd released their debut album SremmLife on Interscope Records. The debut featured production by Mike Will Made It, Sonny Digital, Young Chop, Soundz, PackPack, Marz, Honorable C.N.O.T.E., and A+. Notable guest artists featured on the set included Nicki Minaj and Young Thug. SremmLife spawned five singles which included, "No Flex Zone;" "No Type," which reached #16 on the Billboard Hot 100 and was certified multi-platinum by the RIAA; and "Throw Sum Mo," which peaked at #30 on the Billboard Hot 100. The album debuted at #5 on the Billboard 200. It reached #1 on both the Rap and R&B/Hip-Hop charts. It was certified platinum by the RIAA.
