On this day in 2001, Masta Ace released his solo album, Disposable Arts on JCOR. His previous albums were credited to his group Masta Ace Incorporated. The album was produced by a member from Marley Marl's Juice Crew along with a gang of other beat-makers including DJ Rob, Paul Nice, and Rodney Hunter. Notable guests featured on the album included Flipmode Squad's Rah Digga, Greg Nice of Nice & Smooth, Jean Grae, and many others. Disposable Arts peaked at #90 on the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart.
