On this day in 1997, the Brooklyn group Company Flow released their full-length album Funcrusher Plus on Rawkus. The album was self-produced by the three-man crew. Funcrusher Plus featured the singles: "8 Steps to Perfection;" "Population Control;" and "Blind," which reached #44 on the Dance charts. The two tracks; "The Fire in Which You Burn," and "Lune TNS" were later featured on the 1997 Rawkus compilation Soundbombing.
