On this day in 1992, Bronx native hip-hop producer Diamond D released his debut album Stunts, Blunts and Hip-Hop on Mercury. The album featured coproduction from Q-Tip, the 45 King, and Jazzy Jay, among others. The set featured guest artists Fat Joe, Big L, and the D.I.T.C. Stunts, Blunts and Hip-Hop spawned three singles: "Best Kept Secret," "Sally Got a One Track Mind," and "What U Heard." The album reached #47 on the R&B chart.
