Notable guest artists featured on the album included Kelis, Alicia Keys, Lake, Jully Black, Claudette Oritz, Bravehearts, J. Phoenix, and a posthumous spot from 2Pac. God's Son included the singles "Made You Look," which reached #9 on the Rap chart; "Get Down," and "I Can," which reached #7 on the R&B/Hip-Hop chart. The album peaked at #12 on the Billboard 200. It reached #1 on the R&B/Hip-Hop charts.
