On this day in 1992, MC Ren of N.W.A. released his debut solo EP Kizz My Black Azz on Ruthless. The album was executively produced by Eazy E and featured production mostly from DJ Bobcat along with DJ Train, The Torture Chamber, and MC Ren. Kizz My Black Azz spawned the hit single "Final Frontier," which reached #80 on the R&B chart and #17 on the Rap chart. The album debuted at #12 on the Billboard 200. It reached #10 on the R&B chart. It was certified platinum by the RIAA.
