On this day in 2015, Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth released their single "See You Again" on Atlantic. The single was written for the soundtrack to the motion picture Furious 7 as a tribute to the late actor Paul Walker. It was produced by DJ Frank E, Andrew Cedar, and Charlie Puth. "See You Again" reached #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and remained at the top spot for three months. The crossover single earned Wiz and Puth three Grammy nominations. It was certified multi-platinum by the RIAA.
