On this day in Hip-Hop history, The Pharcyde released their second album Labcabincalifornia.

On this day in 1995, The Pharcyde released their sophomore album Labcabincalifornia on Delicious Vinyl.  The album was produced by the group with J Dilla, Diamond D, and M-Walk.

Labcabincalifornia produced two hit singles, "Runnin'," which reached #55 on the Billboard Hot 100, and "Drop."  Both reached #5 on the Rap chart.  The album peaked at #37 on the Billboard 200.  It reached #17 on the R&B chart.
