Swass featured a few hit singles, including "Posse on Broadway," and "Rippin" which Kid Sensation appeared as a guest.  The title track's hook would later be used for the 2005 Pussycat Dolls single "Don't Cha."

The album spent fifty-eight weeks on the charts and reached #82 on the Billboard 200 and #20 on the R&B chart.  Swass was certified platinum.
