On this day in 2003, Ludacris released his fourth album Chicken-n-Beer on Disturbing Tha Peace.  The album featured production from Kanye West, the Neptunes, Erick Sermon, Juicy J, and a whole slew of heavy hitter producers.  A few notable guest spots on the album included Snoop Dogg, 8Ball & MJG, and Tity Boi (later known as 2 Chainz).

Chicken-n-Beer debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200.  It spawned five major hits: "Diamond in the Back," "P-Poppin'," "Splash Waterfalls," "Stand Up," and "Blow Out," which was a diss towards Fox News commentator Bill O'Reilly.  The album was certified multi-platinum.
