On this day in 2003, Ludacris released his fourth album Chicken-n-Beer on Disturbing Tha Peace. The album featured production from Kanye West, the Neptunes, Erick Sermon, Juicy J, and a whole slew of heavy hitter producers. A few notable guest spots on the album included Snoop Dogg, 8Ball & MJG, and Tity Boi (later known as 2 Chainz). Chicken-n-Beer debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200. It spawned five major hits: "Diamond in the Back," "P-Poppin'," "Splash Waterfalls," "Stand Up," and "Blow Out," which was a diss towards Fox News commentator Bill O'Reilly. The album was certified multi-platinum.
