On this day in 2001, Jadakiss released his debut solo album Kiss tha Game Goodbye on Ruff Ryders. The album debuted at #5 on the Billboard 200. It would go gold. Guests on the album included Nas, Nate Dogg, Pharrell, DMX, and others. Timbaland, Swizz Beats, Just Blaze and many more all-star producers were responsible for production. The album spawned three singles, including "We Gonna Make It," which hit #53 on the R&B/Hip-Hop chart.
