On this day in 2016, Chance the Rapper self-released his third mixtape Coloring Book for digital download. The mixtape was mostly produced by the Social Experiment, a group of Chicago musicians and producers that included Chance. Guest artists featured on the mixtape included Lil Wayne, Kanye West, 2 Chainz, Justin Bieber, Future, Jeremih, Ty Dolla $ign, and Young Thug. Coloring Book spawned the singles "Angel," which was the lead single; and "No Problem," which reached #43 on the Billboard Hot 100, #14 on the R&B/Hip-Hop chart and won the Grammy for Best Rap Performance. The mixtape reached #8 on the Billboard 200 and #6 on the Rap chart. It won Chance the Grammy for Best New Artist.
