On this day in Hip-Hop history, Bone Thugs released their seventh album Strength & Loyalty.

On this day in 2007, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony released their seventh album Strength & Loyalty on Interscope.  The album was executively produced by Swizz Beatz and featured production from DJ Toomp, Jermaine Dupri, will.i.am, Mally Mall, Pretty Boy, Ty Fyffe, Street Radio, DJ Scratch, Neo da Matrix, and LRoc.  Guest artists featured on the set included Yolanda Adams, Felicia, The Game, Autumn Rowe, and Fleetwood Mac (sample), Bow Wow, and Mariah Carey, Akon, and Twista.

Strength & Loyalty spawned the singles "I Tried," which was the lead single and reached #6 on the Billboard Hot 100; and "Lil' Love," which peaked at #66 on the R&B/Hip-Hop chart.  The album debuted at #2 on the Billboard 200.  It was the group's first album in five years and was certified gold by the RIAA.
