The album featured production from Best Kept Secret, Lex Luger, the Alchemist, Mike Will Made it, and Sounwave. Guest artists featured on the album included Jay Rock, Jhene Aiko, Dom Kennedy, Curren$y, Ab-Soul, and Kendrick Lamar. Habits & Contradictions spawned the hit "Hands on the Wheel," which featured A$AP Rocky and just cracked the R&B/Hip-Hop charts. The album reached #25 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart and peaked at #16 on the Rap chart.
