On this day in Hip-Hop history, Kris Kross released their debut album Totally Krossed Out.

On this day in 1992, Kris Kross released their debut album Totally Krossed Out on Ruffhouse.  The album was produced and mostly written by Jermaine Dupre.  The set featured the singles "Jump," which sold over two million copies and reached #1 on the Billboard Hot 100; "Warm It Up," which reached #13 on the Hot 100 and #1 on the Rap chart; "I Missed the Bus," which peaked at #63 on the Billboard Hot 100; and "It's a Shame," which reached #55 on the R&B/Hip-Hop chart and #11 on the Rap chart.  The album hit #1 on the Billboard200 and the R&B/Hip-Hop charts.  It was certified multi-platinum by the RIAA.
