On this day in 2007, St. Louis MC, Huey, released his debut album Notebook Paper on Jive. The album featured production from Mannie Fresh, Jazze Pha, and the Bakery Productions, among others. Notable guest artists featured on the set included Lloyd, MeMpHiTz, Bow-Wow, and T-Pain. Notebook Paper spawned the hit singles "When I Hustle," "Tell Me Why (G-5)," and "Pop, Lock, & Drop It," which reached #6 on the Billboard Hot 100 and #2 on the Rap chart. The album debuted at #26 on the Billboard 200. It reached #10 on the R&B/Hip-Hop chart and #4 on the Rap chart.
