On this day in 1973, Chad "Pimp C" Butler of the hip-hop group UGK was born in Port Arthur, Texas.  He was an American rapper, songwriter, and record producer.  Pimp C was best known for his work with Bun B as a founding member of the Underground Kingz (UGK) in 1987. Butler passed away December 4, 2007.
